Our associates engage consumers directly at roadshows, events and through residential outreach, guiding households to the home broadband solution best suited to their needs. The role is commercially focused, combining marketing and direct sales, and is structured for graduates seeking rapid, merit-based progression.

What You'll Do

• Translate brand positioning into consumer outcomes. Communicate each provider's value proposition persuasively and accurately in face-to-face settings.
• Apply consultative selling principles. Assess customer requirements, address objections with clarity, and recommend solutions that genuinely fit, building trust that sustains long-term brand reputation.
• Interpret competitive dynamics. Maintain an informed view of offers across the market and understand how promotions and contract structures shape purchasing behaviour.
• Manage your own performance. Set personal objectives, review outcomes weekly, and continuously refine your technique.
• Progress into leadership responsibilities. As results allow, mentor incoming associates and contribute to the development of your team.
