Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
  • Create and schedule engaging content including videos, posts, reels, and promotional materials.
  • Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and seasonal sales events.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, traffic, and sales conversion.
  • Coordinate with designers, content creators, and operations teams to ensure timely campaign execution.

Livestream Operations

  • Host or co-host TikTok live sessions to showcase products and engage with viewers.
  • Plan livestream content, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.
  • Interact with customers during live sessions by answering questions and addressing concerns.
  • Monitor live performance metrics such as viewership, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure livestream setup, product preparation, and technical equipment are ready before each session.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize livestream sales performance.

Content Creation

Assist in filming and editing short-form videos for TikTok and other social media platforms.
Participate in creative brainstorming sessions for viral content and campaign ideas.
Stay updated on TikTok algorithms, trends, and best practices to improve content reach and engagement.

Working Arrangements

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required for livestream campaigns, product launches, or promotional events.
  • Required to be on standby outside regular office hours to support urgent marketing activities, livestream operations, or campaign-related matters.
  • Willing to travel overseas for business trips, exhibitions, supplier visits, content production, livestream events, and market expansion activities when required.

  • Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment with tight timelines.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and commitment to ensuring smooth execution of marketing campaigns and livestream operations.
  • Comfortable handling ad-hoc assignments and operational duties beyond regular working hours when business needs arise.
  • Possess a positive attitude, adaptability, and willingness to learn new skills in digital marketing and live commerce.
