The GRaduate Industry Traineeships (GRIT) Programme is an initiative by Workforce Singapore (WSG) that offers fresh graduates with traineeship opportunities * for a period of 3 to 6 months across various sectors.
The programme aims to support fresh graduates, with no prior working experience, from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE) and other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions), amid uncertainties in the economy. It supports structured traineeships for trainees to gain hands-on industry-relevant experience and skills, preparing them for successful transition into full-time employment.
All Trainees Must Fulfil The Following Criteria
- Graduated in 2024, 2025 or 2026 from Universities, Polytechnics, Institutes of Technical Education (ITE), or other Educational Institutions (e.g. private universities and overseas institutions); or
- Graduated earlier from above institutions and completed National Service in 2024, 2025 or 2026
- Applicants must have no prior working experience and must be prepared to commit to a full-time traineeship

Support the execution of regional marketing campaigns, including adaptations for markets such as Brazil.

Coordinate timelines, content calendars, and stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports to support continuous improvement.
Assist with event materials, internal updates, and campaign summaries.
Share ideas to enhance content and campaign relevance.
