Responsibilities:
. Brand Management of category health, beauty, sports nutrition including top and bottom-line, SKU optimization and assist in new product development
. Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including on-ground and digital initiatives
. Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
. Development of campaign collaterals/in-store POS materials
. Development of print and digital ads
. Plan, organize and execute brand and product events (e.g. product launches, roadshows, trade fairs, and PR events) to drive brand awareness and customer engagement
. Drive and follow through new product launches/ existing product improvement to achieve business targets (sales, profitability and market share)
. Support monthly business updates which includes brand performance and sales analysis
Requirements:
. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business/ Marketing or related discipline
. We welcome fresh grads.
. Resourceful, meticulous with good project management skill
. Self-motivated, independent, team player and able to work under pressure
. Good interpersonal skills
. Independent and problem solver. Able to work under pressure and tight timeline.
. Proficiency in Mandarin as candidate will be required to do copy writing in Chinese for collaterals
