Job Purpose:
The Marketing Assistant Manager supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing strategies and campaigns to strengthen the company's brand presence, attract target customers, and drive business growth. The role involves managing day-to-day marketing operations, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, and providing insights based on market research and performance data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities.
- Manage digital marketing channels including social media, website, and email marketing to ensure brand consistency.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer trend studies to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with creative, design, and content teams to produce marketing materials (brochures, posters, online content, etc.).
- Support the planning and execution of events, product launches, and sponsorship activities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance prepare regular reports and recommend improvements.
- Assist in managing budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring campaigns are delivered within budget.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, agencies, and vendors.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with brand guidelines and company policies.
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics.
- Good communication, writing, and presentation skills.
- Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.
