Job Summary
Support marketing strategy development and execution by collaborating with teams and partners, creating marketing materials, managing databases, conducting market research, and analyzing feedback to drive business growth and brand awareness.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing manager, internal teams, clients, and partners to develop and implement marketing strategies
- Identify marketing trends and key opportunities to innovate marketing approaches
- Learn and apply various digital marketing software tools to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate closely with sales and marketing departments to align marketing efforts with sales goals
- Create marketing materials including white papers, case studies, and presentations to support campaigns
- Deliver presentations to internal and external stakeholders to communicate marketing initiatives
- Maintain and update the marketing database to ensure accurate and accessible information
- Provide administrative support to marketing and sales teams, including document preparation, formatting, and editing
- Understand and communicate the company's products and brand values effectively
- Perform general office duties to support marketing operations
- Create and interpret reports to evaluate marketing performance and inform decision-making
- Organize and conduct market research to gather insights on customer preferences and market conditions
- Analyze questionnaires and feedback to assess customer satisfaction and campaign impact
- Manage and update social media accounts to engage audiences and promote brand presence
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the director to support marketing objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey marketing messages clearly
- High attention to detail for accurate document preparation and data management
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency in computer use for diverse marketing tasks
- Competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for document creation and communication
- Good organizational skills to manage multiple marketing activities efficiently
- Experience in digital marketing to support online campaigns and social media management
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Availability to work during opening hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends
