As part of the Sales & Marketing team, you will provide essential sales, operational and administrative support to the Gardens Sales team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling ticket sales enquiries via email and phone, converting leads into confirmed bookings
- Providing quotations for ticket sales and processing sales orders in the Ticketing system
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, trade partners and vendor to support repeat business and revenue growth
- Conducting familiarisation trips
- Planning and executing sales fulfilment, including coordination with internal and external stakeholders
- Handling contracting and procurement processes
- Compiling and generating sales and operational reports, tracking performance against sales targets.
Additionally, you will perform other duties as assigned. This role demands a high level of coordination with external business partners, internal business units, and vendors to ensure seamless execution of processes and compliance with auditing standards related to the sales team.
Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma, preferably in Business, Tourism and Hospitality or other relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably from service, tourism, or hospitality industry.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), Word, and PowerPoint; familiarity with data visualisation or ticketing systems is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to converse in Mandarin will be added advantage due to the need to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders.
