• Operate and maintain the school's CRM system.
• Ensure billing accuracy according to published rates.
• Manage social media communications.

Marketing

• Promote branding and services through social media and events.
• Liaise with partners for promotions and collaborations.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., swim teachers) for video content.
• Work with directors/managers on marketing and branding initiatives.
• Plan and implement full-spectrum marketing and communication strategies.
• Develop creative advertising concepts, design, and layouts (print & digital).
• Create marketing materials: copywriting, brochures, EDMs, slides, newsletters, etc.
• Conduct market research on competitors campaigns and brand positioning.
• Develop marketing plans to enhance brand awareness and market share.
• Drive digital marketing efforts focused on product branding.
• Manage and improve website content and structure.
• Evaluate marketing channel effectiveness.
• Design and implement lead generation strategies across multiple channels.
