Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant will support the development and execution of our marketing strategies, with a strong focus on digital content creation, social media management, and promotional activities. This role is ideal for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and passionate about beauty, wellness, and marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- For this role, you will collaborate closely with the Marketing Strategist
- Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms
- Film, edit, and produce promotional videos and photo content
- Respond to customer inquiries across various communication channels including social media, WhatsApp, Google, and email
- Prepare and edit marketing materials such as correspondence, memos, reports, and presentations
- Generate and analyze marketing performance reports
- Drive publicity and promotions across both digital and print platforms
- Manage and grow our online presence through consistent and strategic branding efforts
- Monitor customer reviews and assist in reputation management to align with our communication objectives
- Assist in the development, upkeep, and optimization of the company's website
- Stay up to date with marketing trends and provide insights to inform future strategies
- Minimum commitment of 72 hours a month
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools
- Experience with video and photo editing software is a plus
- Basic knowledge of website management (e.g. WordPress, Wix)
- Detail-oriented, creative, and organized
- Ability to multitask and work independently
