Job Summary
Support the Marketing department by managing administrative tasks, conducting market research, analyzing data, organizing campaigns and events, creating promotional content, and fostering client relationships to drive business growth and marketing success.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth coordination and operation of the Marketing department
- Support marketing executives in planning and executing marketing projects and campaigns
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer feedback to inform marketing strategies
- Apply marketing analytics techniques to collect and interpret data from social media, web analytics, and rankings
- Maintain and update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with relevant statistical, financial, and non-financial information
- Assist in organizing and facilitating promotional events and both traditional and digital marketing campaigns
- Prepare and deliver engaging promotional presentations to support marketing initiatives
- Create and publish online content on the company's website and social media platforms to enhance brand presence
- Write marketing materials such as brochures and press releases to increase market visibility
- Communicate directly with clients to build and maintain trusting relationships
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Strong understanding of office management and marketing principles to support departmental functions
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines consistently
- Well-organized with a customer-focused approach to enhance client satisfaction
- Knowledge of market research methodologies and database management
- Proficient in MS Office, marketing software, and online applications including CRM tools, online analytics, and Google Adwords
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and team members
- High School diploma required BSc in Marketing, Business, or related field is a strong advantage
