Job Description

  • Plan, develop and execute marketing strategies.
  • Conduct research and analyse data to define target industries and clients.
  • Devising and presenting ideas and marketing strategies.
  • Ensure updates and relevancy on the website, social media platforms and all marketing-related materials
  • Be responsible for tracking of marketing campaign performances, leads and budgets
  • Answer customer telephone and email inquiries, orders, service needs, and complaints and respond where applicable
  • Attend to walk in customer's queries
