Job Summary
We are seeking a creative Marketing Assistant to support social media management, content creation, and daily marketing operations in the beauty industry.
Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
- Manage and update social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to maintain active and engaging brand presence
- Create content including captions, visuals, and simple designs to support marketing initiatives
- Film and edit short-form videos using tools like CapCut and Canva to enhance social media content quality
- Coordinate with influencers, partners, and vendors to support marketing collaborations and events
- Perform ad-hoc marketing and operational tasks to support the marketing team's daily functions
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or relevant experience in marketing
- Basic skills in video filming and editing using software such as CapCut and Canva
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
