Marketing Assistant Manager Job Description
Our company is looking to hire a marketing assistant who will be working closely with our marketing team to develop and implement marketing plans and strategies for our dried sea products & Chinese dried herbs products.
To be chosen for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field. Prior work experience in sales or marketing is a plus. Verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail are both important keys to success in this role.
Marketing Assistant Manager Responsibilities
. Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.
. Analysing market trends and preparing forecasts.
. Generating new business leads.
. Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and Chinese vendors
. Creative thinking and problem-solving ability
. Leadership and project management skills
. Excellent communication and strategic thinking abilities with a problem-solving aptitude.
. Working closely with sales and marketing department.
. Understanding & have knowledge of company product and brand.
. Perform any other duties assigned by the director & general office duties.
. Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
QUALIFICATIONS:
. A Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or any other relevant field
.Min 1 year of relevant experience & knowledge of Dried sea products & Chinese dried herbs
.Excellent creativity, adaptability, research, analysis, writing, public speaking, interpersonal communication
.Excellent leadership, people management, and detail-orientated
.Well-versed in marketing budgeting and organisation
.Can speak fluent Cantonese,Teochew & Mandarin
.Ability to work independently and in a team
