MARKETING AND SALES EXECUTIVE

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies for bakery and confectionery products.
• Develop new customers and maintain good relationships with existing clients.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, orders, and follow-ups.
• Promote breads, cakes, pastries, and confectionery products to customers and business partners.
• Conduct market research and monitor customer preferences and competitor activities.
• Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Assist with promotions, product launches, events, and marketing activities.
• Prepare sales reports and perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or the bakery/food industry preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive, motivated, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
