Shang Vito is a growing Singapore-based fashion jewellery brand known for it's beaded jewellery and tarnish free metal pieces. We are expanding and looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Marketing & Operations Executive to support day-to-day brand growth across e-commerce and social channels.
Role Overview
This part-time role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, digital marketing, and e-commerce operations. You'll support the brand across marketing execution, content management, and backend operational coordination. You will play a key part in ensuring our online presence is consistent, our customers are delighted, and our inventory systems stay accurate. This role is open to Singaporeans or PR's only.
Key Responsibilities
Content & Marketing
- Assist in shooting product content (photo + short videos) for TikTok, Instagram & website.
- Conduct content research, identify trending formats, and prepare a weekly content plan.
- Support in setting up and conducting TikTok Live sessions.
- Prepare and send the monthly newsletter (content selection, formatting & scheduling).
E-Commerce & Website
- Update product information, images, collections, and availability on the website.
- Add new products as and when they are launched.
Operations
- Assist with packing orders and ensuring clean, accurate, on-time dispatch.
- Tag items for consignment partners.
- Drop and display items at consignment shops.
- Maintain basic trackers and ensure items are properly labeled, tagged, and organized.
What We're Looking For
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple small tasks daily.
- Familiarity with Shopify and TikTok Shop is an advantage.
- Reliable, punctual, and proactive in solving small operational issues.
- Good communication skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
- Interest in fashion or jewellery is a bonus.
