Marketing and estimator

Expand overseas market (China and Malaysia)

Assign budgets to integrated channels and platforms with high returns

Identify suitable platforms for marketing

Oversee the creation of budgets based on marketing strategy

Quantity take off, cost estimate and contract administrations for the project

Responsible for re-measurement of quantities, variations order including track changes on site, budget and cost control

Assist Contract negotiate

Any other task assigned

Job Requirements:

- Diploma / Degree , related in Business

- At least 1 year related working experience in Building Construction

- Bilingual in English and Mandarin in order to communicate and engage with Mandarin speaking customers.
