Summary of Role:
We are looking for a motivated and resourceful Marketing and Content Intern to join our team. You'll gain hands-on experience in marketing, content planning, and content production for brands under the House of Scenes portfolio. This role provides exposure to brand storytelling, social media management, and the creative process behind marketing communications.
We are looking for individuals who can commit to a full-time 3-6 months internship period.
For clarity, House of Sanctity is our Wedding and Celebrations Arm while Design Praxis is our Design and Branding Arm/Agency, with both under the House of Scenes family.
What you'll be doing:
- Support content planning, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn).
- Draft and edit captions, copywriting, and other written content for digital channels.
- Support with content production and marketing materials, including behind-the-scenes coverage, basic photo/video editing, and repurposing content for different platforms.
- Contribute ideas for content strategy, campaign concepts, and audience engagement.
- Assist in maintaining brand consistency across internal and external communications.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, social media best practices, and emerging platforms.
Work Arrangements:
- 5 days a week, 8 hours a day.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Individuals who can commit on a part-time basis (at least 2-3 working days a week) are also welcome to apply in a separate job posting.
- Looking for a candidate to start in mid-October 2025.
Requirements:
- A strong portfolio showcasing your design and/or content creation skills (please include a link or PDF and attach it to your application).
- Open to Polytechnic/University students, fresh grads, or anyone passionate about media and communications, marketing and content.
- Applicants who are studying, or have graduated in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field are a plus.
- Full proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace equivalent is a must.
- Intermediate proficiency in Adobe Softwares such as Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, and Canva is a must.
- Any proficiency in Adobe Softwares such as After Effects, InDesign is a plus.
- Basic copywriting, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong interest in storytelling, branding, and digital culture. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
