Invictus is seeking an energetic Marketing & Admissions Executive responsible for the recruitment of prospective students based on the school's admission standards. Employee must possess excellent marketing communication skills and professionalism with experience in a similar capacity.
Employee is responsible to implement sales and marketing strategies, which contribute towards building student enrolments and act as the liaison point between the prospective students and parents.
Main Responsibilities:
1) Marketing & Project Management:
- Brand ambassador who understands the school's value proposition and clearly articulates it to all stakeholders.
- Brand guardian to ensure all marketing materials stay within brand guidelines.
- Manage and oversee production of all marketing materials in line with annual marketing communication plan, including brochures and printed collaterals, media advertising booking, website content and social media content by generating ideas, creating written content and photos, and overseeing audience response.
- Lead public relations efforts, SEO/ SEM, social media and marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation, including spearheading newsworthy press releases and social media posts featuring school leaders, teachers, weekly newsletters, written content and photos, fun classroom/out-of-class moments, and overseeing audience response.
- Contribute to the development of the website.
- Track campaign results and analyze marketing data to formulate plans and recommendations and further optimise marketing plans.
- Develop quality content for both internal and external communication and marketing assets.
- Build, manage and grow a network of KOLs, influencers, student agents, relocation agents, and property agents to actively promote the school to them.
- Organise and participate in educational events, international school fairs, information sessions and recruitment activities as a representative of the School.
- Manage special projects as needed, which may include: sourcing new collaborations, creating collateral material for the school, and supporting business development.
- Keep a pulse on the market and competitor landscape and identify opportunities to enhance market share.
Admissions & Enrolment
- Guide prospective families through the admissions process - from initial inquiry to enrolment - ensuring a smooth, supportive, and professional experience.
- Oversee and carry out assessments of prospective students, coordinating with relevant academic staff where required.
- Ensure a smooth and timely onboarding process for new students, providing support and follow-up where appropriate.
- Lead marketing activities within the school such as school tours, student fairs, promoting school events and activities.
- Handling enquiries from new prospective students.
- Assist the Marketing and Admission Manager to ensure student recruitment agent files and data are kept up to date and filed in accordance with requirements.
Student Pass & Compliance
- Demonstrate knowledge of ICA Student Pass procedures, assisting families with applications and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
CRM & Pipeline Management
- Use CRM tools to manage inquiries, track interactions, and follow up systematically to achieve enrolment targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student information in the CRM system and student files.
Administrative & Organisational Support
- Provide administrative and organisational support to the Admissions Department with processing applications, contracts, and related documentation.
- Prepare admissions-related reports and statistics for management review.
Relationship Management
- Develop personal rapport with prospective families by gathering relevant information on their needs, background, and profile, tailoring each interaction to foster trust and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with internal departments to ensure a seamless admissions experience for families.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree or diploma, preferably in Education, Business, or related fields.
- Prior experience in admissions, student recruitment, or customer-facing roles within the education sector preferred.
- Familiarity with ICA Student Pass procedures is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- International school marketing experience is highly desirable.
- Experience with CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro would be highly preferred
