Marketing and Admin Executive

With the rapid adoption of smart technologies in Asia, we are expanding our team and seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to strengthen our market presence as one of the leading players in the industry.

About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing and Admin Executive to join our team. This role combines administrative support with client-facing tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting business growth.

Summary

Basic Salary: $2,200 - $3,000

Benefits: 13th month bonus and performance bonus

Work Week: 5 Days (Office Hours)

Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
• Prepare proposals and assist in liaising with clients on appointments and feedback.
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications.
• Support planning and coordination of office events and meetings.
• Provide general administrative support to the management team.

Requirements

• Minimum of N/O Levels or equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
