Job Scope:
Project Management:
. Lead and execute key CRM and Analytics projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines.
. Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning and execution to monitoring and reporting.
. Partner with internal teams and collaborate with external partners to drive projects forward, ensuring successful delivery
Marketing Analytics:
. Utilize analytics tools to analyze and interpret CRM data, generate actionable insights to drive user acquisitions and improve customer retention for our key nutrition brands.
. Build and deploy personalized journeys and touchpoints for our consumers that drives intimacy across the ecosystem.
. Develop and implement robust measurement frameworks to measure the performance of our key CRM metrics
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and challenges, making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
. Ideate, advice and pilot Advanced Analytics capabilities to drive various aspects of growth initiatives across PA markets
Team Collaboration:
. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and excellence
. Mentor and guide team members across PA markets, sharing industry best practices and knowledge.
Requirements:
. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, Business Analytics, Industrial & Systems Engineering, Operations Research, Mathematics/Statistics, or related technical disciplines
. Min. 3 years of proven experience in Analytics, Business Analytics, and Project Management. Prior experience in a Direct to Consumer role dealing with large, complex, high-velocity data is highly desirable.
. Expertise in utilizing advanced analytics tools for data interpretation and actionable insights. Familiarity with Power BI visualization tool
. Hands-on experience of SQL and willing to pursue other data analysis/programming tools
. Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools. Experience in developing and implementing data governance, policies, and strategies.
. Demonstrated success in leading and delivering complex projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
. Knowledge in paid advertising platforms (e.g. Apple Search Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, X, etc.)
. Excellent communication and presentation skills
. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
. Proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additional Information:
. Salary - Up to S$6K + 1 month completion bonus
. Contract duration: 12-month contract, renewable and convertible
. Commencement Date: Immediate
. Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
. Location: Duo Tower, Bugis MRT
