Job Description

As a Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our business marketing organization. You will leverage advanced expertise in data analytics alongside robust operational skills to steward marketing dataoverseeing dashboards, conducting in-depth analyses, and delivering strategic insights. Beyond these responsibilities, you will also lead complex, cross-functional initiatives that drive business impact. This position demands a blend of analytical precision and operational excellence, encompassing project management, workstream coordination, and adept stakeholder conflict resolution. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to pioneer and operationalize innovative AI tools, further elevating our marketing effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

Data & Analytics

Data Extraction & Integration: Pull and integrate data from various marketing and sales systems, including Marketo, Salesforce, and internal databases, using SQL queries and other data extraction tools.

Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure marketing impact, and provide self-service analytics to stakeholders.

Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, identify opportunities and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing performance

Insight Synthesis: Forming hypothesis and business insights based on multiple sources of data (quantitative and qualitative) to paint a holistic view of market opportunities and customer challenges

Measurement and Performance Reporting, Narrative Building: Manage quarterly measurement operations and continually optimize the process. Present monthly and quarterly business and marketing updates to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear and compelling narratives.

Operational Excellence & Project Management

AI Operations and Testing: Initiate and lead testing modules for various marketing AI tooling to support marketing GTM infrastructure for wider org

Project Management & Critical Thinking: Lead complex, cross-functional projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Proactively identify root cause of issues and troubleshoot to get workstreams and workflows on track

GTM Organization: Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; organize and manage project workstreams and coordinate the efforts of team members and stakeholders on external facing B2B GTM efforts (e.g. webinars, in-person experiences)

Stakeholder Management & Conflict Resolution: Proactively manage stakeholder expectations, and act as a point of contact for resolving conflicts and navigating competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications & Experience

5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role in the B2B ad tech/SaaS/AdTech/E-Commerce industry

Proficiency in SQL, Google Scripts, Advanced Excel/Gsheets, Looker/Looker Studio

Preferred - Hands-on experience on experimenting with AI tooling relevant to B2B marketing, has experience with leadership comms

Proven experience in creating dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
