SALT is seeking a Marketing Analytics & Operations Manager for a giant technology client. This is a 12-month contract role. This role requires you to have a blend of analytical precision and operational excellence, encompassing project management, workstream coordination, and adept stakeholder conflict resolution. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to pioneer and operationalize innovative AI tools, further elevating our marketing effectiveness.
What will you do
Data Extraction & Integration: Pull and integrate data from various marketing and sales systems, including Marketo, Salesforce, and internal databases, using SQL queries and other data extraction tools.
Dashboard Creation & Maintenance: Design, build, and maintain interactive and insightful dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), measure marketing impact, and provide self-service analytics to stakeholders.
Deep-Dive Analysis: Conduct ad-hoc and deep-dive analyses to uncover trends, identify opportunities and challenges, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize marketing performance
Insight Synthesis: Forming hypothesis and business insights based on multiple sources of data (quantitative and qualitative) to paint a holistic view of market opportunities and customer challenges
Measurement and Performance Reporting, Narrative Building: Manage quarterly measurement operations and continually optimize the process. Present monthly and quarterly business and marketing updates to stakeholders, translating complex data into clear and compelling narratives.
AI Operations and Testing: Initiate and lead testing modules for various marketing AI tooling to support marketing GTM infrastructure for wider org
Project Management & Critical Thinking:
What you need to have
5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analysis, or a related role in the B2B ad tech/SaaS/AdTech/E-Commerce industry
Proficiency in SQL, Google Scripts, Advanced Excel / Gsheets, Looker/Looker Studio
Preferred - Hands-on experience on experimenting with AI tooling relevant to B2B marketing, has experience with leadership comms
Proven experience in creating dashboards, conducting deep-dive analyses, and presenting data-driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field like Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
