This is a 12-months contract hire. We are targeting a start date in May of 2026.
You will play a critical role in driving marketing effectiveness through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Extract and integrate data from marketing and sales systems, including Marketo, Salesforce, and internal databases, using SQL and other tools.
- Design, build, and maintain dashboards to track KPIs, measure marketing impact, and provide self-service analytics.
- Synthesize insights from multiple data sources (quantitative and qualitative) to support business decisions.
- Manage measurement operations, reporting, and narrative-building for monthly and quarterly updates.
- Lead testing and operationalization of AI tools to support marketing initiatives.
- Manage complex, cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and resolving workflow issues.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables; coordinate workstreams and stakeholder efforts for B2B go-to-market activities (e.g., webinars, events).
Requirements
- 58 years in marketing analytics, data analysis, or related roles in B2B, SaaS, AdTech, or E-commerce.
- Proficiency in SQL, Google Scripts, advanced Excel/Sheets, and Looker/Looker Studio.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools in marketing is preferred; experience in leadership communications is a plus.
- Proven experience in dashboard creation, deep-dive analyses, and presenting insights to senior stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.
