Your responsibilities will be:
Building and scaling Apple Search Ads campaigns for multiple mobile apps.
Optimizing campaigns based on ROAS, CPA, TTR, CR, while aligning with internal ROAS goals.
Designing and implementing a comprehensive testing strategy (keywords, ad groups,
localizations, bidding, automation).
Collaborating closely with ASO, Product, and Creative teams to drive synergy between
organic and paid traffic.
Continuously identifying growth opportunities - including experiments with Custom Product
Pages, new geos, funnel improvements, and advanced targeting.
Monitoring trends, benchmark performance against competitors, and adjust strategy
accordingly
Maintaining campaign hygiene: regular audits, budget pacing, creative refreshments.
What youll need:
Bachelors degree or above in Marketing or related majors.
1+ years of related work experience performance marketing, ideally in mobile application or
gaming industry.
Preferred with hands-on experience in managing Apple Search Ads.
Strong analytical skills: proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, BI dashboards, and MMP tools
(AppsFlyer, Adjust).
Experience with automation tools (e.g., SearchAds.com, SplitMetrics Acquire) or scripting
custom workflows.
Proven ability to structure and analyze A/B tests (keywords, creatives, user segments, CPT
bidding).
