Position: Marketing & Sales Executive (Food & Beverage Services)

Job Scope & Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the restaurant and F&B services.
Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, online promotions and advertising.
Promote menus, special offers, events and new F&B products to attract customers.
Identify and develop new sales opportunities and business partnerships.
Manage customer enquiries, corporate accounts and business leads.
Coordinate with the operations team to support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
Monitor customer feedback, market trends and competitors to improve sales strategies.
Track marketing and sales performance and prepare basic reports.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, corporate clients and business partners.
Support activities aimed at increasing customer traffic, brand awareness and overall F&B revenue.
