Marketing & Events Executive (Private Bank, 12 Months) ESY

. Support marketing and events initiatives for Private Bank, covering the HNW (High Networth) / UHNW (Ultra) client segment

. Work with internal stakeholders on marketing campaigns, communications and client engagement initiatives

. Coordinate client events from planning to execution, including timelines, venues, vendors, catering and logistics

. Manage invitations, RSVP, guest lists and event related communications

. Liaise with external agencies, vendors and business partners

. Provide actual day event support and ensure smooth execution

. Assist with marketing collaterals, presentations and other communication materials

. Handle event related admin, including travel and hotel arrangements where required

. Support other marketing and event related duties as assigned
