Position: Marketing & Communications Executive
Location: Singapore
Experience: 1-3 years in Marketing, Communications, or related roles (internships included)


The Role

As a Marketing & Communications Executive, you will support day-to-day marketing execution and launch activities across the platform. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, working closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver marketing materials, communications, and launch assets.

This role is not responsible for defining marketing strategy or brand positioning. Instead, you will play a critical role in bringing agreed plans to life, ensuring timelines are met and materials are delivered accurately and efficiently.


Key Responsibilities

. Marketing Execution & Launch Support:
Support marketing execution and launch-related activities, ensuring assets and communications are prepared and delivered on time.

. Sales Enablement Support:
Prepare and maintain sales support materials including decks, brochures, one-pagers, FAQs, and event collaterals.

. Content & Communications:
Draft and update simple marketing content, in-app copy, announcements, and internal or external communications.

. Creative & Asset Production:
Create basic marketing visuals using tools such as Canva, and coordinate revisions and updates as needed.

. Social Media Coordination:
Support social media content preparation, scheduling, and coordination based on agreed plans.

. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination:
Work closely with internal stakeholders across strategy, sales, product, and operations. Coordinate with external suppliers such as designers, freelancers, printers, and agencies.

. Operational Support:
Manage timelines, track deliverables, organise assets, handle revisions, and follow up to ensure smooth execution.


What We're Looking For

. Relevant Experience:
1-3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related roles. Relevant internships will be considered.

. Educational Background:
Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

. Practical Skillset:
Hands-on experience with basic design tools (e.g. Canva). Comfortable using digital and AI tools for communication and productivity.

. Communication Skills:
Good command of written and spoken English, with the ability to write clearly and professionally.

. Personal Attributes:
Meticulous attention to detail, strong follow-through, and a self-starter mindset. Comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.
