The Marketing Administrative supports the Marketing team by handling coordination, documentation, reporting, and operational follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and partnerships. This role works closely with the Marketing Executive to keep timelines, vendors, and internal stakeholders aligned.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team
Prepare marketing documents such as proposals, briefs, approval decks, and post-campaign reports
Maintain proper filing of marketing contracts, invoices, quotations, and campaign records
Track marketing budgets, expenses, and ensure timely submission of claims and invoices
Assist in coordinating marketing campaigns, seasonal promotions, and brand activations
Help track campaign timelines, deliverables, and approvals to ensure smooth execution
Coordinate with outlets, operations, and external vendors to support campaign rollouts
Compile campaign performance data (sales uplift, redemption rates, footfall where applicable)
Liaise with vendors, designers, printers, and media partners for quotations and timelines
Follow up on artwork submissions, revisions, and production deadlines
Assist in onboarding new vendors and maintaining vendor contact lists
Organise and manage marketing assets (artworks, menus, posters, EDMs, social media content)
Ensure correct and updated materials are distributed to outlets and relevant teams
Support simple content updates such as POS text, captions, or internal announcements
Prepare regular marketing reports and summaries for management review
Track promotional performance, vouchers, partnerships, and loyalty redemptions
Maintain marketing calendars and campaign trackers
