Marketing Admin (Entry Level) - Training provided

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Assist in preparing marketing materials, campaign planners, and client proposals
• Support the marketing team with client or audience enquiries via email, phone, or WhatsApp
• Help update and maintain marketing databases and CRM tools
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-ups for marketing activities
• Prepare basic reports on campaign performance and engagement metrics
• Organize and file marketing documents, visuals, and branding assets
• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and content distribution
• Provide general administrative and creative support to the marketing team as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma and above
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply training will be provided
