JOB DESCRIPTION

• Issue Purchasing Order and Goods Received in system and follow up the payment status for all invoice.
• Delivery arrangement and distribution of POSMs, Premium and other item according to plan.
• Coordinating MIT equipment, planning, shirt etc. together with working team.
• In charge of all documents required for department event, campaign. event etc. and keep/track approvals along with a copy of the document.
• Managing TRO planning file and assist on setup/approval in system.
• Assisting channel team on incentive tracking, payout working file.
• IRed Tracking and result validating for GT Team.
• Procurement of shopping voucher for promotion and staff incentives etc.
• Respond/Follow up on any enquiries.
• Provide administrative support to Trade Marketing team and other upon request.
• Gift arrangement for Outlet Opening / Staff's wellness, wreath, newborn of the department.
