Step into the world of Food, Beverage & Nutrition innovation at one of the world's leading ingredient and nutrition companies. As part of the Market & Consumer Insights (MCI) team, you'll help decode consumer behaviour, uncover emerging food and drink trends, and shape the ideas that influence the products we eat and drink every day. This is a hands-on internship where you'll collaborate closely with Marketing, R&D, Application teams, and global Insights experts gaining real exposure to how new concepts become commercial reality.
Your Responsibilities
1. Market & Competitive Intelligence
Get immersed in the fast-moving world of F&B and nutrition:
- Analyse the size, growth and dynamics of food & beverage categories, brand players
- Track the rise of new food brands, functional beverages, and trending ingredients
- Identify whitespace opportunities and early signals of consumer shifts
- Support storytelling with data and visuals for internal and external media publications
2. Consumer & Product Insights
Help us understand consumers at a deeper level:
- Gather insights from research studies, market reports, social platforms & product reviews
- Support ad-hoc research design, data analysis and insight synthesis
- Track innovative product launches across retail, foodservice, e-commerce and social media
- Build a database of product concepts, sensory feedback, and consumer testing learnings
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Exposure
Experience the innovation journey end-to-end:
- Work with Marketing, R&D, Applications and Commercial teams to connect insights to strategy
- Support the creation of customer presentations, dashboards and visualizations
- Explore new research methodologies, digital intelligence tools and emerging insight platforms
- Participate in internal workshops and discussions on innovation, consumer thinking and trends
