Marine Trade Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating and managing the team
• Creating and managing team schedules, issues and disputes
• Follow all site safety requirements to ensure the safety and wellbeing management of all stakeholders
• Monitoring productivity and providing feedback
• Problem-solving
• Providing reports on works completed

Requirements:

• Ideally have come from a marine shipyard background
• Extensive commitment and understanding of all matters relating to health & safety and the environment
• Good communicator
• Able to work independently
• Able to lead the team with good attitude
• Previous experience in self-performing works, with hands-on experience..
