Job Description & Requirements
- Responsible for the installation, service, repair, and testing of marine outboard engines
- Perform routine inspection, maintenance checks of outboard engines and related equipment
- Perform repair and /or replacement of engine's components
- Perform function test of equipment to ensure smooth operation
- Prepare reports on equipment
- Maintain related equipment onboard small boats and crafts together with a team of technicians
- Assist with trailer and boat repairs where necessary
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Hands-on experience in outboard engines, or qualified in a mechanical field
- Knowledge of computerized diagnostic equipment
- Excellent communication skills, able to read service manuals
- Other skills that would be advantageous include electrical/electronics and/or class 3 driver's license
