Automation Technician (Marine)

Responsibilities

. Maintenance and repair of automation machinery on-board vessel

. Perform diagnostic checks on automated system

. Assist in installation and commissioning of navigational equipment

. Carry out system software checks and update on ship management system.

. Conduct software troubleshooting on ship management system

. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress

. Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and the company's QHSE policies.

. Able to interpret electronic, PLC ladder and system functional diagram

Requirement

. Diploma/Higher Nitec/Nitec in Electronic/Electrical or its equivalent

. Working experience in marine navigational or electronic system will be advantageous.

. Fresh graduate will be considered.

. Willing to commute to the Eastern Region of Singapore and Western Region of Singapore as part of the job function needs.

. Willing to work in the shipyard environment.
