Marine Superintendent

Job Description

• To assist the Fleet Manager in fleet vessel's SMC Management.
• Monitor vessels compliance to International / Local Rules & Regulations, Safety Procedure and Environmental Protection Requirements
• Fleet Safety, nautical and operation requirement
• Fleet maintenance of ISM/ISPS/MLC Code
• Conduct crew interviewing/training/familiarization and MLC compliance
• Monitor, coordinate and attend to vessels for oil major inspections, (SIRE), statutory surveys, related matters and follow-up
• Monitor, coordinate and attend to vessels for Internal Audit and Internal Safety Inspection
• Incident / Accident Investigation and Reporting

Job Requirements

• Holding valid CoC 1 or 2.
• Minimum 1 year sailing experience as OOW is required.
• Good Communication, Analytical and Team Player
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
