Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedFinancial Controller to oversee all aspects of financial management within theorganization. The Financial Controller will be responsible for financialreporting, compliance, budgeting, and internal controls, ensuring the company'sfinancial health and supporting strategic decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full set of accounts, including consolidation and preparation of financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, statutory requirements, and internal controls
- Lead audit processes and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and regulators
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and provide financial analysis to support business decisions
- Minimum 4 years of audit experience with strong technical accounting knowledge
- Proactive, detail-oriented team player with strong analytical and communication skills
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CA preferred).
- Proven experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Manager, or senior finance role in a listed company.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, financial reporting standards, and stock exchange compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial systems and ERP software.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
