Marine Sales Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marine Sales Manager to join our client's growing team within the marine waste management industry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sales activities related to:

• Sludge and garbage disposal services for vessels at PSA terminals and shipyards
• Sludge tanker discharge services from PSA terminals to chemical processing plants
• Sludge and garbage disposal services for naval vessels at Jurong Port and Sembawang Shipyard

The role will involve:

• Liaising closely with ship owners, ship management companies, and ship agents to promote the company's marine waste management services
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships to secure long-term business opportunities
• Identifying and developing new business opportunities within the marine and offshore industry
• Preparing quotations, service proposals, and coordinating operational requirements with internal teams
• Supporting business growth initiatives and market expansion activities

Requirements

• Experience in marine sales, shipping, port operations, waste management, or related maritime industries
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work independently and develop new business opportunities
• Familiarity with marine industry stakeholders such as ship owners, ship agents, and shipyards will be advantageous
• Candidates with proven business development capabilities within the maritime sector will have added advantages and growth opportunities
