Job Summary
Join a leading marine solutions provider to drive sales growth and manage key accounts in the gas detection product segment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with Ship Owners, Ship Managers, Superintendents, and Ship Chandlers.
- Build strong customer engagement to ensure high satisfaction levels.
- Manage negotiations, follow up on inquiries, and close sales effectively.
- Prepare monthly sales reports, forecasts, and market insights.
- Execute action plans to secure new sales leads and prospects.
- Drive proactive sales hunting activities.
- Organize local and overseas customer entertainment to strengthen relationships.
- Coordinate meetings with potential clients and respond to emails and phone inquiries.
- Represent the company at marine exhibitions and related industry events.
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales of gas detection products.
- Willingness to travel locally and regionally (approximately 30% overseas travel).
- Self-motivated, committed, and able to work independently.
- Performance-driven and target-oriented with a strong passion for achieving results.
- Proven leadership experience with a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Ability to manage high-pressure situations effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience engaging with Ship Owners, Ship Managers, Superintendents, and Ship Chandlers is an added advantage.
