Job Description:

. Develop sales opportunities and grow customer accounts across assigned territories.

. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable technical solutions.

. Manage sales activities, quotations, negotiations, and order closures.

. Build strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

. Conduct customer visits and provide technical and commercial support.

. Monitor market trends and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and participate in industry events.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Marine Engineering, or related fields.
Technical sales experience in marine or industrial equipment.
Experience dealing with shipowners, ship managers, and shipyards across Southeast Asia.
Strong business development, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, customer-focused, and proficient in Microsoft Office.
Willingness to travel regionally.
