Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement Management
- Handle the full procurement cycle: requisition, supplier quotation, purchase order, follow-up, and invoice verification.
2. Supplier Relations
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and service providers monitor performance and delivery reliability.
3. Negotiation & Cost Control
- Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to ensure cost efficiency.
4. Logistics Coordination
- Coordinate shipment and delivery schedules in line with vessel requirements.
5. ERP & Documentation
- Maintain accurate procurement records in ERP systems and ensure proper documentation.
6. Technical Support
- Assist technical teams with urgent requirements and maintenance preparations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Marine Engineering, or related field.
- 2-5 years of procurement experience, preferably in marine/offshore sectors.
- Strong negotiation, vendor management, and coordination skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
