Marine Project Manager

Joining a well established construction firm in Singapore with a track record of delivering complex infrastructure projects in challenging environments. Based in Singapore, the company works on marine and civil engineering developments, ensuring high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Your new role

• Take ownership of marine and civil construction projects from initial planning through to completion.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor daily progress on-site and address any issues that could impact milestones.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain smooth communication and resolve challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
• Lead and motivate site teams to achieve project objectives under tight deadlines.
• Prepare regular progress reports and updates for management and stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline and at least 8 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Experience in marine works is preferred strong knowledge of civil works and piling (bored piling, sheet piling, RCD) is an advantage.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
