- Lead and manage a team of Fleet Engineering Specialists in maintenance and repair of marine craft machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with Fleet Operations on daily deployment, repair, maintenance, and operational readiness.
- Oversee maintenance schedules, docking projects, inventory management, and documentation of assets and spares.
- Drive fleet innovation, newbuild projects, and adoption of emerging technologies.
- Mentor and develop the engineering team, ensuring performance, discipline, and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with managers to create a positive work environment and ensure operational excellence.
