Marine Electrician (LEW certified)

Who are we looking for

• Minimum 7 years experience as a Marine Electrician in a marine or shipyard environment.
• Valid LEW License
• Knowledge of AC and DC marine electrical systems.
• Experience with automation systems, GPS technology, and green energy systems.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Physical fitness for working in confined spaces onboard vessels.
• Can swim and can work with/on boats.
• Work in offshore islands, such as Pulau Ubin and Coney.
• 5.5 days work week. Able to perform operations beyond the usual working hours for projects during occasions and/or when need arises.

What will you be doing

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems on marine vessels.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and manuals.
• Perform preventive maintenance and ensure safety compliance.
• Work on automation and GPS systems installation and repair.
• Install and maintain green energy systems onboard vessels.
• Collaborate with engineers and crew members.
