Oversee and manage the entire construction process for marine projects, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and schedule standards.
Coordinate on-site operations, including resource allocation, daily work assignments, and logistics.
Act as the primary point of contact for the site team, ensuring smooth communication and problem resolution.
Liaise effectively with various stakeholders, including vessel Captains, subcontractors, and management staff.
Monitor site progress, prepare reports, and proactively address potential issues.
Mentor and learn from senior staff, actively absorbing knowledge and best practices in marine construction management.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in site management or supervision, preferably in the Marine Constructions or Civil Engineering sector.
Possession of relevant certifications/licenses such as for Diving (commercial/supervisory) or Lifting Operations (e.g., Rigging, Slinging, Crane operation) will be an advantage.
Familiar in manging vessels/boats or possessing knowledge in maritime works (good-to-have but not mandatory).
Highly motivated and growth-oriented individual.
Able to give clear and effective instructions to workers based on a strong understanding of site conditions.
Good command of both written and spoken English.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with Vessel Captains, Management staff and subcontractors.
Positive attitude and able to work well with both management and operations teams.
