Job Description

Brief Summary

Join a dynamic team as a Marine Automation Technician, where you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and repairing advanced automation systems on vessels. Engage in exciting projects that contribute significantly to maritime operations.

Responsibilities

Maintain and repair automation machinery on board vessels. Conduct diagnostic checks on automated systems. Assist in the installation and commissioning of navigational equipment. Perform software updates and system checks on ship management systems. Troubleshoot software issues related to ship management systems. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to project schedules. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and safety policies. Interpret electronic, PLC ladder, and system functional diagrams.

Requirements

Relevant qualifications in Electronics or Electrical Engineering. Experience with marine navigational or electronic systems is advantageous. Flexibility to work on-site and commute across different regions of Singapore for operational support. Willingness to work in a shipyard environment
