Naval Group designs, builds, integrates, provides in-service support, dismantles, and deconstructs submarine and surface ships. As an industrial contractor, designer, and overall integrator of whole warships and combat systems, it also offers a full range of services to naval bases and shipyards. We are a prime contractor, designer, and integrator of naval systems, with over 400 years of experience in naval shipbuilding. The wholly-owned subsidiary, Naval Group Far East, based in Singapore and established in 2005 and plays a crucial role in supporting the activity of the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN).

Responsibilities:

· Maintain and repair of automation machinery on board vessels

· Perform diagnostic checks on automated system

· Assist in the installation and commissioning of navigational equipment

· Carry out system software checks and update on ship management system.

· Conduct software troubleshooting on ship management system

· Monitor project progress and maintain project schedules.

· Ensure compliance with relevant government regulations and the company's QHSE policies.

· Interpret electronic, PLC ladder and system functional diagrams

Requirements:

· Knowledge and skills in Electronics/Electrical

· Experience in marine navigational or electronic system will be an advantage.

· Willingness to work on-site and to commute to both the Eastern and Western Regions of Singapore to support operations as required.

· Willingness to work in the shipyard environment and undergo security checks.

· Open to Singaporeans only.
