Marble Workshop Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily marble cutting, polishing, and finishing activities
• Follow and execute cutting lists accurately to minimize material wastage
• Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet project deadlines
• Conduct dry-lay arrangements and ensure correct pattern alignment
• Manage and guide workshop workers, ensuring productivity and discipline
• Monitor proper use and maintenance of machinery and tools
• Coordinate with project teams and management on order requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marble/stone workshop supervision
• Good knowledge of different types of marble
• Ability to operate marble cutting machines independently
• Able to read and follow cutting lists and technical drawings
• Strong leadership, responsibility, and attention to detail
• Hands-on, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Familiar with Singapore construction standards and safety practices
