Techician / Senior Technician (Equipment/ Automation/ Maintenance/ Process/ Manufacturing/Associate Engineer/ Assistance Engineer)

Our client is a global US manufacturer of medical devices.
Responsibilities:
- Provides technical support to production in carrying out manufacturing plan to meet objectives
- Supports in all engineering issues related to respective processes. Is responsible for all maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure smooth operations on the production floor.
- Assists in machine and equipment improvements and upgrading programs.
- Support production team in identifying and carrying out continuous improvement to assembly processes, equipment/machines efficiencies, production capacity and utilization, production yield, process quality control, workplace safety and health,5S and other production related activities.
- Participate in the Lean initiatives and attend relevant meetings as part of continuous improvement activities.
Requirements:
- NTC / ITC / Diploma in Engineering / Manufacturing.
- 2-5 years similar manufacturing / engineering work experiences. Experience in cGMP manufacturing environment is a plus
- Knowledge in manufacturing assembly and equipment maintenance
- Good team player and strong skill in trouble shooting equipment failure and technical issues.
- Experience in Automation background with programing knowledge will be advantage.
- Must be able to work Flexible Shift 7.00am-3.00pm, 7.30am-5.00pm, 3.00pm-11.00pm and 11.00pm-7.00am (Mon-Fri only / 5 days work week)
