Job Descriptions
- Operate equipment and perform assigned tasks to support daily production activities.
- Execute part and process conversions using validated recipes and parameter settings during start-up and mass production runs.
- Train manufacturing operators in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to troubleshoot and resolve production line issues promptly.
- Conduct preliminary investigations and root cause analyses for process or product defects.
- Manage shopfloor inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and equipment consumables to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Perform precision measurements and analyses in compliance with defined limits and tolerances.
- Carry out scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment.
- Conduct manual chemical analyses for relevant manufacturing processes.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support operational objectives.
Job Requirements
- Education: NITEC in Engineering, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Prior experience in semiconductor, PCB, or substrate manufacturing will be a plus.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems) and ERP systems is a plus.
- Work Environment: Must be comfortable working in a cleanroom environment, adhering to cleansuit and PPE requirements.
- Work Schedule: Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts (day or night) and overtime when required.
