Working Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (for now), next year shift will change to 12-hour rotations (subject to business needs)
Minimal OT currently, more OT expected once shift starts

Responsibilities
- Operate equipment and support daily production
- Perform part and process conversions during start-up and mass production
- Train manufacturing operators using SOPs and Work Instructions
- Work with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve line issues
- Conduct investigations and root cause analysis for defects
- Manage inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and consumables
- Perform precision measurements within set tolerances
- Carry out preventive maintenance tasks
- Conduct manual chemical analysis
- Undertake other assigned duties
Requirements
- Nitec in Engineering, Diploma, or equivalent
- Experience in semiconductor, PCB, or substrate manufacturing is advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office
- Knowledge of MES and ERP systems is a plus
- Able to work in a cleanroom environment with PPE
- Comfortable with 12-hour rotating shifts and supporting OT when needed
